I've own an heir bong for over 7 years and when the downstem broke, it as easy as ordering a new replacement. Works just as new. Best bong I've ever purchased and the company has awesome customer service.

I recently bought the heir water pipe and the downstream wouldn’t seal. It leaked and I was not able to use the pipe. I contacted Heir and they got right on fixing it and sent a new stem that works great. Thank you, Heir!
