Threw them away

Ordered an ashtray. Got ashtray. Automated system asked for a review so I mentioned the gasket came out and that I used epoxy to put it back together. Got sent five emails about "order on it's way". I didn't order anything. No one asked if I wanted them. Automated corporate bureaucracy took gaskets from a warehouse, paid to send them out to me to be immediately thrown away because no one asked. Way to waste Heir.

My bowl was getting loose so I knew it was time to change the seal. The kit from Heir was cheaper than expected. One good cleaning and replacement of all the gaskets later and my bong is working like new.
