OK, I have been looking at the beauty for some time now and I'm SO happy I decided to pick one up!! Let me tell you this is the LAST piece you will ever need to buy! It's very solid and you know it's a quality piece. The performance is where this thing surprises me. The amount of smooth and tasty hits I've been able to reproduce each and every time is unmatched through all of the glass I've had through the last 10 years... it cleans incredibly well and easily. What a beautiful object, Heavy and substantial, every part looks very carefully designed with the smoker in mind. A snap to clean and delivers incredibly smooth hits. Quick to get up and running. Can't recommend highly enough and hard to see how it could be bettered. It's expensive but like Apple, you get what you pat for.
This is easily the best bong I’ve used and feels worth the price. Post dishwasher clean bong is the gift that keeps on giving.
I ordered and received the waterpipe and when I unboxed the package I found the neck of the chamber was broken; I contacted customer support and within a day they reimbursed me for a replacement! Amazing service thank you!
