Awesome Product super fast delivery and amazing customer service comes with a price but this Product is absolutely love able! When it comes to cleaning it’s where it’s shines (…) the most!
I originally had the smoked glass mainly because I thought it would hide the residues of smoking better. This water pipe is so easy to clean I don't have to worry about that ugliness of dirty glass as with other smoking pipes. I treated my self to a clear glass chamber so I can see the beautiful medical smoke as it is drawn through the water pipe and I can make sure I "take the entire dose".
I had previously left a 3 star review due to the package being late AF. Customer service was great. They replied to my emails fast and were very helpful. I’ve had my Heir piece for several years now and had to get a new glass piece due to user error. I don’t think I’ll ever switch to another brand. 5 Stars All Day!
